Importance of Agriculture

Agriculture often plays an important role in the economies of all existing nations. Not only because it wants to feed all the people of the country but also because agriculture integrates and interacts with all industries related to that country. A country is often regarded as a socially and politically stable nation if it has a very stable base in agriculture.

The sustainable agricultural industry ensures a world of food security. Food security is considered one of the basic needs of any nation. No nation can grow successfully with a stable agricultural base while maintaining a nation of "hungry people", as these hungry people can do nothing - yet help to develop their country. Food security prevents cultural starvation which was considered one of the biggest problems facing small developing countries. Many countries rely on agricultural products and related industries to obtain their major sources of revenue. Even new developing countries will find themselves dependent on it and can benefit greatly from their agricultural industry.

Apart from the crops and animals produced by the farmers who make up the agricultural sector in the country the agricultural field represents a major source of employment in many countries. Larger farms often find it necessary to hire more hands to successfully cultivate the fields and to care for their associated farm animals. Most of these large farms have processing plants located in nearby centers for the completion of their agricultural products and processing. There is no denying that these sub-industries use too much human energy in their operations. Most modern farms and agricultural-related industries make good use of modern equipment and standards of science and technology.

The use of technology in agriculture is determined by the ability of various farmers to deal with this technological development. Land farmers who can use modern technology involved in agriculture can ensure good production of their products that benefit their entire country. Modern farming technology can be useless if farmers cannot use the technology they have at their disposal.

Most of the old industrial indicators have begun to grow, especially through agricultural development. These cities have done well in agriculture before they fully began to embrace the industrial process. Most of the principles currently in place within our modern businesses have their roots in agricultural principles. Bulk production is one of the methods that has been developed since the best harvest harvested in the agricultural practices area. This approach has saved many ancient cities from destruction during times of disease and drought. In ancient times the lands were harvested for crops that were not used immediately but were harvested and stored for future use. The same thing is being done within modern business processes to ensure its stability.

Agriculture is more common in rural areas with more arable land, but with modern technology involved in agricultural activities it is also possible in urban areas. These activities can be done to meet personal or family needs or for commercial purposes.
